I have been developing this program now for close to four years with the intent of bringing something that has never been done before. I have put myself through these sessions, and put the exercises, sets, and reps to paper after finding formulas that bring results. I have set out to do more than just put words and numbers into data charts and tables. The program in its own entirety, is much more than just some muscle building program that is to be followed blindly without hesitation. I have set out to change the individual in a physical manner, as well as demonstrating a rise in mental awareness, on a road of building quality muscle, and character. I know what it is like to feel powerless, vulnerable, and weak. My hope is to give the user of this Transformation program, a greater starting position of where I once was. I personally am extremely far from being the most knowledgeable and informed fitness enthusiast, but I definitely believe that I hold a differing set of values, as well as a different strategic approach to fitness that many individuals may relate to. I have been through situations in my life that have altered my way of analyzing circumstances, and this has changed my perception of building the body. I will not claim to be something that I am not, but I am honest when I say that I have put an enormous amount of personal time into developing something meaningful, and something that will prove itself by demonstrating effectiveness and results…
This Transformation Program has had an incessant, and overwhelming amount of thought put into it. I have set out to leave an impact, and I have set out to create certain relationships within the user of this training program.. Within this parallel, I not only want to challenge these individuals physically, but I hope to see a direct correlation in the development of their character.
These demanding workout sessions and exercises hold an honorable amount of substance to them. Each session yields an opportunity to attain, acquire, and achieve a greater degree of values that can be applied in every area of life. These sessions will require an enormous amount of physical exertion, and a new level of mental discipline that many will fail to bring forth. In the current state of this transformation program, there are a total of thirty total sequences included. This number may very well increase with the further development of this program.
There are over one hundred actual training sessions that are included within the text of this program, with each workout proving to be different from the last, with no two sessions being comparable enough to call them related. These are all sessions that I have went through in the passed years of my fitness journey, and many of them have been written down previously in notebooks, pieces of paper, older phones, and iPods, with proven effectiveness after the constant trial and error of different sessions and programs that I have encountered over the years.
